NFT RADAR: Artist Spotlight

My “NFT Radar” is a series that helps, artists and collectors, create a sense of connection through my curated selection of artists that is chosen to be spotlighted. Rather it is on an ongoing auction, collection, open editions, and more.

When I learned about Rene Magritte and the way he used “ordinary thoughts” to communicate through a visual medium using his thoughts and ideas.

Rene Magritte's lessons he learned during his time of being a painter helped me realize things differently as a collector.

“Art evokes the mystery without which the world would not exist”

René Magritte

In the present time where art has innovated to the digital scale it has grown to and where everyone can be an artist.

As a collector, it is important for "my eyes to see thought". Artists need to be Getting lost in the present/future world while using the past as reflection to answer those questions is going to be a good source tool for artists of today to excel on greater scales.

While building a connection with the artwork I try to sync with, I can’t help but have curiosity strike over and over again. What was the artist feeling how did they connect with what I am seeing as a viewer and how can I transcribe it?

This is why artists of today can be powerful because you can’t base NFTs on an art movement or compare one thing to another, you can only reflect on it using your current and past knowledge to understand so things are valued more as a purchaser because the masses are forced to relearn what they once knew.

As I was building out the follow spotlight for my “NFT Radar”, these were the lessons I held and kept close to my theories and thought processes while going through this curated collection
